Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

值得排隊嘅牛角包🥐

值得一試既Big Grains之前喺灣仔見過好多人排隊嘅一間麵包店，之後就上網做咗啲research發現佢哋最出名嘅係牛角包。咁啱嗰時做緊限定抹茶味，逢週末先會出爐嘅。所以最後專登去咗紅磡嗰間排隊買佢嘅限定抹茶牛角包。本身嘅牛角包已經放好咗喺紙盒入邊㗎啦，好細心咁就唔會驚佢哋走咗位。牛角包上邊已經撒左抹茶粉，另外仲有一支抹茶醬俾我哋食之前枝係上面嘅😋枝左抹茶醬喺上面就可以食得啦！牛角包好鬆脆，而且配上抹茶餡嘅味道簡直係一絕！👍🏿係喺香港少數搵到咁好食嘅一間，10分推薦大家去試吓！💯
