同妺妹去銅鑼灣行街經過見到新餐廳,妺妹提議試下,於是兩姊妹就去試呢度餐廳 啱入左黎已經感受到好舒適,環境座位都寛敞,服務人員殷勤款待,問我地飲咩茶,細心介紹仲有咩特式飲品等先黎介紹我推介嘅菜式 港式叉燒,我最喜歡同好欣賞佢,餐廳自家燒製叉燒,甜度適中,半肥瘦叉燒咬落去好多汁,汁入喉嚨已經令我忍不住筷子再食第二嚿第二款推介係酸菜桂魚湯,湯內有上海年糕,切得厚薄適中,咬落有口感吸左湯嘅鮮味,盛湯個器皿湯嘅份量都頗多,夠我地飲6-7碗。第三樣推介係干煱蝦球,上到枱虎蝦好大隻,配合醬汁已經好吸引賣相,先食左蝦頭好多膏爆出黎咁,搣走蝦殼蝦肉鮮甜彈牙 ,如您同我一樣中意食海鮮的話,干煱蝦球同酸菜桂魚一定必點呢兩款,惹味仲有干煱安格斯牛柳粒,肉質好有牛肉,唔會炒太乾,將肉汁鎖係牛肉內,有配合上面有青椒有干辣椒,又麻又辣勁香,下面層仲薯條,好特別 鍋底係有枝蠟燭"熱"食黎 ,等您唔會食食下變凍啲餸 窩心又用心設計,今次我同妺妹對食物同服務全部好滿意,覺得呢間係一間係好用心去經營嘅餐廳,下次會帶埋屋企人過嚟一嘗咁美味佳餚
