老闆在荔枝角居住,想在深水埗用心經營一間日本居酒屋。餐廳以木為主調風格,從外面看起來無疑是一間十足的日本居酒屋,外面掛滿燈籠。打開門一看,入面掛著充滿日式風格旗子,以木枱木椅為主。有心思餐盤擺設計鮟鱇魚肝$68:一客有三片,擺盤相當精緻,一咬下去魚肝味香濃,配搭微酸醬汁,啖啖滿足﹗冰頭漬$48:原來是三文魚的鼻軟骨,真是第一次吃,醬汁酸酸甜甜,口感似海蜇爽脆般爽脆開胃﹗磯煮和風鮑魚:火灸下鮑魚下吸睛,口感香軟嫰滑,彈牙入味牛舌$46: 表面帶焦香,調味剛好,肉質偏軟容易入口,又爽有咬口,但一點都不韌﹗天婦羅海老餃:海老即是蝦,蝦肉十分彈牙,還保留到水份不會乾,感受到蝦肉多麼新鮮彈牙﹗飯團$58:微焦,燒得香脆,飽肚之選。雞翼香口送酒北海道炸赤蝦BB$68: 🦐炸得香脆,又唔會太油,配清酒一流﹗炸雪糕:豆腐味炸雪糕切成4片,入口即融~清酒:有多款透明玻璃酒杯可以選擇,選了美美粉紅色玻璃酒杯,選了一枝入口較清酒,把酒談心。原來餐廳每月清酒之夜,邀請日本清酒師傅到餐廳講解,讓客人深刻感受品嚐清酒。店舖更想客人慢慢品嚐美食,不想只為賺錢翻枱只催促客人只顧賺錢的商人。午市價格不太昂貴,附合深水埗

一看發現店舖有一部噴煙流水冷麵機,正是動畫中經常出現冷麵機。原來這是老闆吸引小孩安靜坐下來進食把戲,意念來自家中三胞胎男孩,不想現代人只用電子奶嘴吸引他們眼光。老闆好客熱情,言談之間,感覺到他對食物、餐廳質素抱持一定堅持,讓客人吃下去都是最好的,確實是一間輕鬆愉快,可吃喝玩樂的居酒屋。
