最近再次光臨位於深水埗的一間日本居酒屋,氣氛依舊熱熱熱鬧鬧令你開開心心,享受一晚!幸運的我成功預訂到最後一張枱!由於同行朋友第一次來到這居酒屋這次我點了幾道特別的菜式:密柑鯛: 這道菜令人驚喜,蜜柑鯛是以蜜柑皮餵飼的鯛魚,不用點任何醬油,入口時散發出淡淡的蜜柑清香,感受到獨特的果香味,十分特別,非一般刺身魚!水母:口感爽口,搭配特製柚子汁,非常之清新燒魚腩壽司:魚腩的油脂恰到好處,燒烤的香氣與米飯的柔和相得益彰。赤蝦BB: 配酒必有的小食,炸蝦的外皮非常酥脆,咬下去時發出清脆的聲音,令人回味無窮。六本木秘製牛肉:當牛肉端上桌時,還有一絲火焰,賣相極為吸引。肉質柔嫩,口感極佳,味道也掌握得恰到好處關東煮: 湯底清淡,份量也不小喔!串燒:我點了雞肉棒、牛舌心、青椒仔和荔枝豚肉,特別要提牛舌心,是厚切但肉嫩雞泡魚乾:佐酒小食必食!老闆的熱情招呼讓人倍感親切,他不僅主動介紹適合的清酒搭配食物,還分享了一些關於清酒的知識。由於我當晚只有一個人喝酒,只點了一支小的清酒,但老闆推薦的清酒確實非常好,顯示出他作為利酒師的專業。這居酒居實在是深水埗難得的美食寶藏。如果你喜歡日本料理又想食到新鮮的魚生刺身,這裡絕對值得一試! continue reading

嚟長沙灣食呢間居酒屋,係朋友介紹,朋友話佢屋企人食過好食,所以嚟試吓。喺OpenRice訂咗位, 7:00嚟到唔使等就入座,不過餐廳都唔滿座,唔使等。除咗餐牌入面有嘅嘢食,黑板上面亦都會有啲推介,一坐低,經理就會攞個黑板過嚟介紹今日有咩推介,最好笑係佢會話有一啲係好難食唔好食千祈唔好叫,有啲就話好好食叫我哋一定要叫。花蜜年糕$88黑板推介之一,成舊年糕出面沾滿蜜糖,味道幾特別甜甜地,不過一定要趁熱食,凍咗嘅話啲蜜糖就會硬晒,年糕煙煙韌韌都唔錯。明太子玉子燒$88成個鏟擺喺下面,需要自己切將個玉子燒分件,問題係個玉子燒會黐住個鐵板,黐咗勁多蛋皮喺個鐵板度。玉子燒好香,入面都幾多明太子。伊左木$430係黑板推介之一,經理介紹話呢個好食,就試吓,同埋聽到佢話係成條魚上,諗住應該份量都OK,另外佢話係當日下午先空運嚟到香港。魚肉都幾有口感,唔會腍啤啤,都幾鮮甜有鮮味,點佢個汁酸酸地會好食啲。蒲燒魚腩壽司 $48一件都係黑板推介之一,話好食,所以我哋就試吓,真係幾好食,魚腩夠肥燒得夠香,入口即溶,壽司飯亦唔會太硬。鵝肝帶子卷$168個帶子都算大粒,口感OK,鵝肝唔算特別多,不過都食到有香味雞皮餃子$88新鮮熱辣整出嚟嘅時候都好香脆,不會太油。唐揚雞軟骨粒$68本身唔係太鍾意食雞軟骨,因為覺得啲骨都唔係太容易咬到同埋吞落口,但係今次炸得夠脆,細細粒,都叫做咬到同埋食到。香芒軟殼蟹卷$148卷就唔係好大份,細細粒,軟殼蟹都幾脆,個芒果有啲酸。南瓜天婦羅$78都幾香同幾脆,不過個南瓜唔算好勁南瓜味,唔係好香。日式炒烏冬$148算係比較飽肚嘅東西,因為淨係食其他嘢其實都食唔飽,有啲炒飯同炒烏冬可以叫,要叫返啲先至可以食得飽,不過其實份量唔大,一個人都食得晒,不過啲牛肉係幾好食嘅。板燒牛舌$158鐵板上熱辣辣好香,牛舌好香,好有口感,唔會太硬咬唔開,都算好軟熟。清酒$488平時好少飲清酒,都唔知算唔算好飲,由於我哋大部份人平時都冇飲開酒,於是叫個梅酒諗住應該唔會太難入口,都OK唔會太苦。最搞笑係叫清酒,佢會攞一盤酒杯過嚟,叫你哋一人揀一隻。 continue reading

每次黎到深水埗六本木 我一定會叫鰻魚飯定食 因為係我的最愛😋 以前六本目喺荔枝角嘅時候 佢嘅鰻魚飯係用盒裝 鰻魚飯端上來的時候 打開盒蓋 有一股熱氣隨着盒蓋打開 騰騰的煙霧,隨即升起起來 蔓延的香味也跟着飄進鼻入面 真心好正😊 不過自從搬到去深水埗之後 就改變了鰻魚飯的賣相 不再用盒裝上 是改用四方型的木碟 鰻魚放在碟上 雖然size沒有變 都係一樣咁大條🤣 不過就沒有了熱騰騰嗰份滿足及期待感 其實兩樣真係有分別的 我真係比較喜歡以前用盒裝住 熱騰騰的端上枱面 現在的不是不好 只係不再熱騰騰 隨之香味 都冇咁濃烈😅 但係亦都不減我對佢嘅喜愛 因為我係忠實鰻魚飯擁躉而且六本木的出品 都係有信心嘅😊😊意猶未盡 見到有新鮮生蠔返到 又忍唔住叫咗兩隻 真係超級大滿足的一日 continue reading
