日本A5和牛厚燒配香煎野菜 
和牛厚煎是我的最愛,所以期望甚高,見師傅將和牛煎封了外層,內層仍是粉紅色,生熟度恰到好處。嚐ㄧ口,肉質嫩滑,入口即溶。再配上碟旁的獨子蒜片、炭鹽和岩鹽,甚有提鮮作用,令人欲罷不能。另外,碟旁的大啡菇、南瓜和茄子都十分多汁香軟。
