當日的時令海鮮是鐵板煎日本蠔,以大量蔥蒜作搭配,香脆內嫩,非常惹味。
至於鮑魚採用的是南非孔雀鮑魚,只見鮑魚非常大隻又新鮮,有點Creepy但鮑魚動彈不得的過程無疑引來所有食客掏出手機拍照。
鮑魚原隻上桌,份量十足,肉厚軟熟,口感更是爽口彈牙;搭配海苔蟹肉醬及魚籽一併進食,口感更有層次。
另外配菜有已煎香的鮑魚肝臟,淺嚐頗甘香豐腴,濃味鹹香。

最後的鐵板梳芙厘雪糕,只見師傅在鐵板即時制作,光是製作過程已相當令人期待。
做好後呈上碟時根本就是甜品店的梳芙呀,外皮有點焦脆香口,咬下去內層軟綿綿,空氣感十足,已經足以勝過很多坊間的甜品店呢! 真心~
而雪糕選了豆腐口味,清新香甜,搭配梳芙厘更是天作之合啊~

意大利花茶
首先供應嘅係花茶,花茶好清香,淡淡地,有清幽嘅花香。

牛油果海蝦沙律
沙律菜好新鮮,好脆口。免頭淋咗啲醋,酸酸甜甜,好開胃。沙律材料有大蝦、車厘茄、洋蔥同牛油果。大蝦好彈牙,牛油果好滑~

蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋
呢款前菜賣相好靚。溏心蛋質地做得好好,蛋黃味好濃。海膽份量多,食落好cream。

黑毛豬柳

海膽杯非常有驚喜!啲海膽多到滿瀉,除此之外,仲有好多魚子。海膽好新鮮,食落味道濃郁,又Creamy。魚子好鮮甜。底下再配有炒飯,兩者配搭得剛剛好。

鐵板疏乎厘雪糕
甜品都會喺我哋面前即叫即整,呢款係疏乎厘。疏乎厘好有空氣感,食落好輕盈。配搭着面頭凍冰冰嘅雪糕,非常好味。
