✿ 時令海鮮 / 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬
當日的時令海鮮是鐵板煎日本蠔,以大量蔥蒜作搭配,香脆內嫩,非常惹味。
至於鮑魚採用的是南非孔雀鮑魚,只見鮑魚非常大隻又新鮮,有點Creepy但鮑魚動彈不得的過程無疑引來所有食客掏出手機拍照。
鮑魚原隻上桌,份量十足,肉厚軟熟,口感更是爽口彈牙;搭配海苔蟹肉醬及魚籽一併進食,口感更有層次。
另外配菜有已煎香的鮑魚肝臟,淺嚐頗甘香豐腴,濃味鹹香。

最後的鐵板梳芙厘雪糕,只見師傅在鐵板即時制作,光是製作過程已相當令人期待。
做好後呈上碟時根本就是甜品店的梳芙呀,外皮有點焦脆香口,咬下去內層軟綿綿,空氣感十足,已經足以勝過很多坊間的甜品店呢! 真心~
而雪糕選了豆腐口味,清新香甜,搭配梳芙厘更是天作之合啊~

We went there to celebrate our sons’ birthday; we waited over 20 minutes for the desert that had my son’s name spelled wrong on the plate!Not to mention that the ice-cream on the soufflé was half melted when it came to us. The worst thing was that the soufflé tasted really bad! The server didn’t explain for the delay or anything at the spot. Overall bad experience!
