To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近看雜誌介紹 The Lounge & Bar 逢星期一至五晚上 只需港幣$480 可以品嚐五款來自世界頂級牛肉出產國的優質牛扒及配以無限供應的配菜, 於是我也慕名而來。因為要看風景坐窗口情侶梳化座是必然的, 故此亦必須要預先向餐廳預約訂位, 否則很大機會要坐中間大廳位置。主菜選其中一款 :美國安格斯T骨扒、阿根廷牛柳、蘇格蘭鴨巴甸西冷扒、澳洲塔斯曼尼亞肉眼扒及法國夏洛來肉眼扒無限享用配菜 :凱撒沙律、忌廉菠菜、迷迭香蒜薯條、烤珍寶大磨菇、烤雜菜、芝士通心粉及蕃茄美國安格斯T骨扒 - 當日我倆選了這個2人份量的 T骨 (HK$960) 有牛肉鮮味, 我跟老公都很喜歡! 唯一失望就是牛扒太快涼了。配菜最愛吃是迷迭香蒜薯條、烤珍寶大磨菇及蕃茄, 薯條及大磨菇都有再 Encore。
