好耐無同寶寶飯聚啦~今日同佢來咗九龍城食烤魚😚平時食辣嘅烤魚就食得多,我哋今日想清淡啲,就揀咗酸菜烤魚,原來酸菜嘅酸爽同魚嘅鮮味係好夾咖😍 廚師係烤魚嘅過程令魚肉變得鮮嫩多汁,外皮則呈現金黃香脆的口感,配埋酸菜一齊食爽口開胃。烤魚嘅湯汁都非常美味,可加不同配菜一齊享受,我哋就揀咗水晶粉,索晒啲湯汁來食,好味到停唔到口啊~🤣🤣佢哋除咗烤魚,仲有風味燒烤都好鬼正咖,我哋叫咗燒白鱔~呢串白鱔係食得出鱔嘅鮮味,只需係燒之前輕輕調味即可。廚師技術掌握得好好,烤到外皮香脆,好似食緊薯片咁,肉質鮮嫩多汁,我有啲後悔叫得咁少 😂 唯有下次有時間再來encore🥰🥰
