To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無同寶寶飯聚啦～今日同佢來咗九龍城食烤魚😚平時食辣嘅烤魚就食得多，我哋今日想清淡啲，就揀咗酸菜烤魚，原來酸菜嘅酸爽同魚嘅鮮味係好夾咖😍 廚師係烤魚嘅過程令魚肉變得鮮嫩多汁，外皮則呈現金黃香脆的口感，配埋酸菜一齊食爽口開胃。烤魚嘅湯汁都非常美味，可加不同配菜一齊享受，我哋就揀咗水晶粉，索晒啲湯汁來食，好味到停唔到口啊～🤣🤣佢哋除咗烤魚，仲有風味燒烤都好鬼正咖，我哋叫咗燒白鱔～呢串白鱔係食得出鱔嘅鮮味，只需係燒之前輕輕調味即可。廚師技術掌握得好好，烤到外皮香脆，好似食緊薯片咁，肉質鮮嫩多汁，我有啲後悔叫得咁少 😂 唯有下次有時間再來encore🥰🥰
