這兩星期食神星拱照,全因姨姨從美國回來探親,每晚同大伙兒到處食好嘢。今晚輪到姨姨的好友請客,我幫他於唐宮壹號訂了一圍13人的酒席($5100元全包),仲有間好大的private room。菜式保持精緻美味,值得向大家一再推介。新張期間,每位奉送半隻紅繞乳鴿,水準保持係極高水平,厚肉,皮脆肉嫰,必食。有着濃厚的利苑影子,湯料多到一隻大碟都裝唔哂。啖湯好香魚味,再加埋雞腳真係甜上加甜。魚子醬焗軟殼蟹,軟殼蟹size好大,每位半隻都仲覺得好好肉。炸到外脆內軟,至於魚子醬,其實即係蟹籽。生菜墊低一齊食,味道清新而且食得方便,不錯的配搭。海老虎斑好大條,啲骨位好嫰,肚位太厚肉,某啲部份比較鞋。始終都係一斤左右的魚才最好吃。腿汁扣花菇關西遼參,遼參都ok大條,炆得好腍好入味。腿汁不會死鹹,花菇厚肉大隻,清碟無難度。龍蝦湯步步米大家都讚好,龍蝦湯好香濃,炸米亦香脆,不過我就嫌有啲痴牙。一品燒鵝酥造型精緻,酥皮夠脆,燒鵝餡料亦夠惹味。終於輪到我最喜愛的黑松露菇菇包,包身鬆軟,充滿着黑松露及菇的香味,必食!健康紫薯壽包就麻麻地,包身硬,紫薯味有啲假,no good。平均$400元一位,有大大間priva
