To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一次同屋企人去飯, 唔想去酒樓, 因為太嘈, 同埋有小朋友.喧所以大約係中午去食SUSHI，依家有點唔同，依然係人手下單，暫時無支持手機下單，同埋無火車送出來不過好在, 地方好夠, 可以放BB車.好快安排到入坐，冷氣唔錯TIM，待應非常有禮有耐性。仲有見到BB會送小禮物比佢玩, 搞到BB勁開心.一家人叫左唔小SUSHI, 雖然都係舍幾款壽司，但肉質好，飯又彈牙。最重要係下午茶都抵食，記得要岩時間先入去, 個COMBO幾好味, 好合理化算優惠超值，非常大眾化同有效率。忙既可以食快啲，優閒既都可以坐耐啲。
