To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了朋友品茗,我提議到這家酒店口碑不俗的中菜廳。我預訂了座位,服務生有禮地接待過後,便引領我們入座。座位寬闊舒適,餐具擺放整齊企理。有多款點心、小食和飯麵,我們商量一會後,點了以下食物:蘿蔔絲酥餅一客三件,剛剛酥炸出來,溫度極高,顏色橙黃,口感香脆。內裡的蘿蔔絲濕潤而甜美。牛肉鍋貼一客三件,外表麵粉味濃,煙韌而有彈性。咬開表皮,輕嘗內裡的肉汁,牛肉味豐腴,肉味亦濃郁。羊肉餡餅名稱有點特別,同樣一客三件,炸得拱起的,表面有點啡色,香脆動人。咬開外皮,肉汁膨拜,全瀉在碗子裡,有點失禮呢。羊肉不算有羶味,但份量略少。牛柳絲手擀麵表面鋪滿了牛柳絲和筍絲,爽口而有鹹香。麵條咀嚼起來煙韌,入口滑溜。湯汁不油膩,尚算清徹,有淡淡的牛肉味。荔枝玫瑰糕選了這款甜品,一共四件,像一朵花的形狀,很精美。其實是一個果凍,帶點微甜,感覺清新,是消暑佳品。環境寧靜舒適,和鄰桌相距甚遠,方便交談。服務員有禮,態度誠懇。用了新鴻基這家酒店的Elite會員卡,有85折呢!
