To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日有3小時任食午餐,由12時開始。每位可以先揀一款主菜,其他刺身天婦羅等食物任食。主菜份量不多,讓我們有更多空間吃自助的食物。我們四位點了四款主菜,最值得推介的,是和牛烏冬。此外,每位也送上一隻蝦及帶子。刺身非常新鮮,質素很高,特別是帶子及吞拿魚。開始的時候其中一個碟上面放着一條大大的油甘魚,等到顧客多一點時,壽司師傅便劏開油甘魚,讓顧客享用。還有長腳蟹,非常大隻,很輕易便可吃到粗粗的蟹腳肉,比一般蟹柳還要大。其實吃刺身及蟹,已經值回票價。天婦羅有蝦及蔬菜,旁邊還有炸雞及燒雞翼,還有一個counter讓顧客嘗試現場親自做章魚小丸子。甜品也是送的,當店員呈上甜品時,壺中的乾冰製造了煙霧效果,可以讓顧客打打卡。甜品包括有奶味很重的milktop雪糕、水果和丸子。唯一美中不足的是,食物款式不多。而我最喜歡的是刺身,吃完一碟又一碟。

唯一美中不足的是,食物款式不多。而我最喜歡的是刺身,吃完一碟又一碟。
