牛面頰好出色,牛面頰打成肉醬般,口感細膩,而闊條麵煙韌有口感,仲非常掛汁,每啖都好豐富滿足。

Astice ceci e tartufo波士頓龍蝦,龍蝦可以用超級彈牙黎形容,伴汁鮮濃入味,
伴菜看似佈滿水珠濕笠笠,但食落去意外地爽口,而鷹嘴豆蓉既味道亦幾特別,帶點花生既香氣。

Pistacchio,開心果甜品都係第一次食到~ 口感似豆腐,食落去唔甜仲好重nuts味,
旁邊有開心果碎碎、開心果cream、血橙汁等做伴碟,加埋一齊食味道更豐富~
