Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今日到元朗逛街購物,又想歎中式下午茶,決定到這酒樓吃下午茶。之前打電話問過酒樓下午茶的時間,侍應回覆下午1.45分派票,2.00開始入座,於是我們1.40分已到達酒樓,雖然是平日但也有很多客人,最後等了30分鐘才安排入座。我們問侍應生有否點心紙,他只是冷淡的說並給我們二維碼咭叫我們在裡面下單,但試過兩部手機掃描二維碼咭都不能打開,我們嘗試找侍應生但沒有人理會,要等十分鐘後才找到有一位侍應生叫我們用紙寫下想吃的點心然後替我們下單,這樣的糸統和服務態度真是惡劣。酒樓的環境比較光猛,中間的燈有白色、紅色燈罩點綴;主要的枱和椅子是是以白色枱布配啡色、橙色椅子,而枱與枱之間的距離比較近但有膠片相隔所以相當安全。餐具的碗、碟、茶杯印有綠色圖案及翠字樣,相當別緻。茶錢每位$14,下午茶是優惠價的,特點$45、大點$31、中點$27、小點$22,大中小點比起午市平$7-10;亦有孖寶優惠選一款飯$62或粥$52再加一款點心;另外有四款優惠飯麵價錢都是$65。我們二人點選了6款點心:咖哩土鱿($31):我是鱿魚的忠實粉絲,幾乎每次飲茶都會點選,這裡的咖哩味道不夠濃和辣而且不夠入味,口感不夠爽口,但魷魚份

咖哩土鱿($31):我是鱿魚的忠實粉絲,幾乎每次飲茶都會點選,這裡的咖哩味道不夠濃和辣而且不夠入味,口感不夠爽口,但魷魚份量算多而且墊底不多。

蝦餃($36):蝦餃幾乎是飲茶必叫的點心,皮薄蝦肉的份量亦多,而蝦肉口感彈牙但欠鮮味,由於皮太薄所以包裹得不夠扎實,一般比較有質素的酒樓的價錢都要$45以上, 所以價錢算是平。

現在很多酒樓都縮減人手,特別茶市更嚴重,想搵侍應生加熱水非常困難,大家要有耐性。

今日原本想吃一餐優惠價的下午茶,但確實價錢不算平,而且環境擠迫,所以沒有意欲再光顧。
