5/4/2021 星期一,繼續復活節假期,係時候家庭晚餐聚一聚喇。要食好嘢,又要坐得舒服,侍應服務友善,梗係嚟川粵樓啦!頭盤有:椒鹽豆腐角,脆卜卜。棒棒雞絲粉皮,調味醬好好味。酸薑溏心皮蛋,酸薑包住皮蛋食,超正。鮮鮑魚,爽口😋跟著飲碗靚湯:蘿蔔粟米🌽豬骨湯窩,蘿蔔新鮮,粟米清甜。主菜有:啖啖肉龍蝦🦞伊麵底,伊麵索晒啲龍蝦海鮮汁,嘩!真係美味呀!香煎銀鱈魚柳,這一款係特別要求,餐牌無架,魚肉新鮮,煎得香口,皮脆肉嫩!薑蔥蒸紅瓜子斑,魚肉嫩滑,剛剛蒸熟,整條魚比我哋由頭食到尾,清晒!招牌炸子雞,炸到雞皮脆卜卜,雞肉保持嫩滑。上湯浸蜆菜,蜆菜好新鮮。雞湯小籠包,好食好食。甜品有:綠菜流心煎堆仔,芝麻湯圓杏仁蛋白,宮廷棗蓉糕大滿足的晚餐呀!
