To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近幾天雨都下得很兇，滂沱大雨下我們狼狽走進賓墟。這是一間平民的街坊快餐店，讓人感到親切。　　午膳時間食客不少，我們只好與其他食客「搭枱」。我點的是牛腩湯米，牛腩分量都算多，但醬汁有點鹹，有幾片唐生菜，可能醬汁真的太多了，以致於醬汁和了整碗米粉和了湯，讓整碗米粉都弄得很鹹。米粉頗大碗，分量不錯。　　杏仁霜乏善足陳，我喝到的只有淡奶的味道，杏仁霜少而又少。似是淡奶加水。
