To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

#賓墟快餐廳 港式快餐買少見少,要做到好食就更加罕有。路過石硤尾見到呢間快餐店,門口寫住雞髀套餐好似幾吸引,就決定入去試下。餐牌寫住雞下髀沙律,kfc嘅雞下髀就係雞槌,所以落單時都問清楚,係全隻雞髀先至叫🤪 落單要去收銀買飛,再喺個位度等,然後自行取餐,傳統風味十足。師傅話飲住杯嘢先,因為雞髀係生炸要等耐啲。凍檸茶都夠香,不過茶色好快就比較濁,冰佢係用碎冰,所以好快就溶晒😅生炸雞髀就真係一絕👍 真正皮脆浴亂,食得出師傅嘅用心同功力,唔係求其是但炸到乾曬或者燶曬。好多茶記冰室都話自己係生炸,結果唔係乾曬就係左溝右溝不知所謂。沙律份量都較多,係雜果沙律,仲食到有薯仔粒,好食👍成份下午茶餐連凍飲$38+2,只是路過一試,完全沒有想過有如此好質素。真幸運!賓墟快餐廳石硤尾南昌街115號地舖@foodiehck2022 #港飲港食平靚正 #石硤尾美食 #港式快餐 #下午茶 #生炸雞髀 #沙律 #凍檸茶 #少冰 #香港美食 #抵食

今早湊完返學要過石硤尾工作,第一時間就諗起成年無光顧過既老牌快餐店。賓墟餐廳門面及裝修都係好屋邨色彩,地上是紅色既紙皮石加上半牆身用明黃白格仔磚。仍是要排隊跟收銀買飛,再比飛在餐盤等取。我今日叫既係高纖早餐系列既占醬厚多士茄汁豆薯蓉司華力腸炒蛋再配熱特級咖啡。整個早餐,我最欣賞廚師炸既司華力腸同占醬厚多士。他把半條司華力腸再界十字去炸,令到肥美既腸肉有三份二既表面係脆囗;占醬厚多士則是厚多士配上果醬再加上幼滑的花生醬,吃起來帶點流質,而兩種醬混起來味道十分夾。特級咖啡以濃縮植脂奶調配,奶味較重,我落半茶匙糖已足夠享用。

去到馳名手打漢堡的懷舊快餐店-賓墟。$20一個芝士雙層漢堡。原來有午餐,$41包沙爹牛肉麵,手打漢堡及熱飲。叫了一個午餐,一貫懷舊,只有銀碼嘅收銀機飛,收銀手寫食D乜嘢,交比水吧! 沙爹牛肉麵,麵質ok,D牛肉正常用鬆肉粉,但絕對無沙爹味。不過招牌手打漢堡就ok,有鮮蕃茄生菜沙律醬。 不過,服務就一般,只叫你隨便將張收銀機飛,跟住因為水吧有嘢做,最後分唔到先後次序,出餐亂曬。 我覺得手打漢堡可以一試,性價比高過連鎖餐廳,沙爹牛就可以揀其他。

石硤尾邨呢頭呢係比較出名嘅餐廳就應該係呢間賓墟啦,咁佢出名食啲咩呢?聽講就係呢個漢堡包,今日呢除咗呢個沙爹牛肉早餐之外,呢就叫做呢個漢堡包嚟食。甘賣關仔講嗰個裝修先,咁都算少少特別嘅譬如一個黑板咁嘅裝修啦,咁啲餐枱呢亦都有少少detail,叫係一個有啲主題嘅茶餐廳咁啦。咁類似最傳統茶記或者係大家樂咁樣嘅方法,佢就買咗飛跟住先入座嘅,水都自己攞嘅,叫做保留咗啲舊茶記傳統。沙爹牛呀唔係太特別,講番個包啦咁個洋蔥味幾重嘅,但係我覺得唔係非常之咁好食,佢又想做到類似時新嗰種感覺,但係我覺得時新就好少少,不過呢頭無呢類型嘅餐廳呢大家都可以試試。
