To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日爸爸帶阿仔路經此店,仔見到門面即要入去試食,一般台式食店裝修不太特別,雖然在新蒲崗區但店舖好多人,可能午飯時間關係,等位等了大約15分鐘,食物落單後要成20幾分鐘才有。點了一個香酥雞翼便當配阿蕯姆紅茶($54),一個鹽酥雞便當配珍珠奶茶($59+$12),以一個午餐來計價錢頗貴,好彩講到味道方面,鹽酥雞夠晒入味又鬆脆,珍珠奶茶較差,冇奶茶味唔ok,至於個香酥雞翼都得,香脆可口又不失雞翼嘅肉味,總括來說,食物ok,只是價錢較貴吾抵食,只此一次就夠了
