堅尼地城的Bistro du Vin,餐廳的佈置就彷如法國街頭的小酒館一樣,地方不大,氣氛熱鬧隨意,帶濃濃的法式氣息。Menu都寫在黑板上,食物以肉類為主。食物份量不少,最適合三五知己齊齊share。前菜之一的Duck gillette & everything ($470)讓食肉獸朋友吃得好開心,不過更吸引我的,是Escargots on bone marrow, herb butter ($200)。軟滑的法式鍋牛配上香草牛油和牛骨髓,油香濃郁,相當邪惡。Mussels in white wine ($220),用法國的藍青口,味道甜嫩。一客的份量頗多,大家明明已經很努力在吃,但總覺得鍋裡的青口怎麼好像食極還有 主菜方面,大家齊齊分享2款肉類。Roasted lamb rack, vegetable a la provencale ($280),用的是澳洲BB羊,一客有3件。羊架肉質香軟,而羊羶味極輕。配上色彩繽紛的烤焗蔬菜與芝士,健康又美味。Soy glazed iberico pork “pluma”, haricot verts ($230),西班牙黑毛豬豬梅花肉的肉質極軟
