To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

做完Spa都成10點，就落樓下食啲嘢，望住個海景食嘢都幾開心。餐包種類好多，唯一記得嘅係提子包好甜好好食。嗌咗杯特飲係侍應推介，有西柚，個人認為有啲苦。凱撒沙律配好多餸嘅煙三文魚，其實份量真係好多，沙律菜尚算新鮮，略嫌啲魚有啲熟，不過整體都唔錯。最尾，叫咗個藍莓芝士蛋糕配熱情果雪糕，雪糕酸酸甜甜都幾好味，但係蛋糕真係好膩，下次叫返啲冇咁heavy嘅甜品先。食唔晒個沙律都係要打包，但個環境真係好好，又夠晒靜，下次會再嚟。
