晚上七時多,工作完畢的同伴傳來這單張,沒頭沒尾的?僅供參考?抑或是想食,現在來個「隱性邀約」?海鮮拼盤加刺身加牛頸脊加極級水餃加華貴菜式再加無限時火鍋任食,在幾年前是個新「玩法」:那時在皇室堡的醉翁亭 (後來改名為海南四季,兩家都結業了,也不妨開名) 首次嘗試,體驗非常之好,更呼朋引伴去吃,但後來難逃「跌Watt」的厄運。現在幾乎原版重視,更有合時羊腩煲,哪有不試之理?算一算路程,到達時剛八點半,有八折,馬上出發!星期一的「夜食」晚市,居然十分熱鬧;我壓根兒不知道今年的冬至早了一天,翌日便是!所以不少應該是來做節的小家庭顧客。瞄了一眼冬至菜單,六人餐要$2,480!嘩,「報復式」消費,迎來「報復式收費」?雖然這晚是以假期價計算放題收費,但仍有八折,用火鍋作為兩口子的做冬之夜,實在是 (馬後砲) 好主意!我在途上時,同伴已點了羊腩煲,到我入座的一刻,便熱辣辣的在爐上滾著了,馬上開動!未吃飽?沒關係,羊腩每人幾件,在這時節剛夠補身也打開了胃口。快快吃完、讓出爐頭,湯底和只送一份、不設仼食的食材隨即上桌!久未到酒樓吃火鍋了,刺激起「當年」喪叫的回憶,就來個煮辦煮碗,後果當然⋯⋯大堆頭食材在前
