To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又一次難食到要上來寫食評⋯今次是給他們五大精選的晚市優惠吸引來的既然有目的而來,所以就叫了五大精選中的其中三大:1)蠔皇鮑魚伴花菇賣相與餐牌差好遠,鮑魚比花菇小得多(12~15頭的大小)像澳紐罐頭鮑般軟身沒咬口,而且水煮一樣,完全沒有味道。菜又凍又乾又老,似伴碟多2)清蒸沙巴龍躉碟大魚小蒸過時,魚肉散開不滑的,明顯不新鮮,連豉油都不鮮甜,魚身扁平尾有花點,肉質跟平價桂花魚沒有分別3)薑蔥粉絲蟹煲餐牌上是原隻,上檯卻是斬件的,好心機的嘗試把牠砌返埋,才發現少了一個蟹鉗卻多了一節後腳,經理話理應一隻的,但都係一隻的份量云云。味道只有一個字,咸。水蟹少肉,冇乜野食,煮底滿滿是薑還有白飯是凍的,餐前小吃花生好深色不知放了多久這是我食過最不新鮮的一餐海鮮,做推廣的菜色都這樣子,一定無下次離開前打量一下四周環境有個有趣發現:他們有些檯是木腳,有金屬腳,有直腳又有斜腳的,甚至有張係叠檯,雖然都蓋上同樣的檯布,係檯就算了嗎?

1)蠔皇鮑魚伴花菇
賣相與餐牌差好遠,鮑魚比花菇小得多(12~15頭的大小)像澳紐罐頭鮑般軟身沒咬口,而且水煮一樣,完全沒有味道。菜又凍又乾又老,似伴碟多
