To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有吃翅, 坊間嘅鱼翅都有好多代替品因為講求保育, 在這裏重點嘅係佢嘅雞湯! 每日用新鮮雞餚製而成, 熱辣辣滚起先放上枱, 一定一定要趁熱。 湯底濃郁稠身, 有黏著嘴唇嘅感覺, 每一啖都感受到雞嘅精華, 鮮味湧進口腔, 好味到震!
湯料嘅雞也非常鮮嫩, 翅的份量也很足!
這個份量有四至五碗, 除開每人来一碗頂吓癮都唔貴喎~ 普通酒樓飲個燉湯都唔得啦~

比較喜歡吃煲仔嘅菜,因為自己屋企做唔到呢種效果同風味。
高溫下薑蔥帶出略炸過嘅魚雲鮮味, 魚雲斬得大件肉質嫩滑
。煲仔菜做得乾身, 沒有大量嘅汁醬和油膩感, 回味指數非常高!!

又試了《招牌燒乳鴿》$48, 雖然比較細隻, 不過肉質嫩滑多汁而且皮夠脆,有水準! 推斷佢嘅炸子雞會做得唔錯~ 下次要試佢其他嘅菜式!


另外要讚一吓大廚, 各款菜式雖然惹味, 食完一啲都唔口渴,
