To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢大時大節中秋人月倆團圓的時侯一家人聚首一堂嘅好時機原本好想食片皮鴨，長腳蟹，但最後屋企人怕毒，最後我們見到個有龍蝦既4人套餐都幾抵食就order左呢個4人歡聚宴套餐，之後再加多煲燉湯添😋😋😋 呢個套餐有齊上湯龍蝦伊麵，鹽燒六頭鮑魚，脆皮醬燒鷄，清蒸東昇斑，西斑牙炒带子珊瑚蚌，仲有鮮果咕嚕黑豚肉。樣樣都好啱胃口😋😋😋個人最鍾意嘅係咕嚕黑豚肉🍍，波蘿肉好新鮮。鮑魚亦好大隻，炸得唔太老又唔韌，啱哂爸爸媽咪咬得到。脆皮醬燒鷄🐥，鷄皮亦相當脆口，半隻都好大碟，我們5人都可清哂半隻。西斑牙炒带子珊瑚蚌，份量好足，帶子好有鮮味同大大粒好爽口，珊瑚蚌亦好美味彈牙。上湯龍蝦伊麵 🦞 龍蝦大大舊好彈牙，但上湯伊麵汁略為淡口。
