燒肉嚟講,日式燒肉係我心目中還是第一位,尤其對肉類不會過份調味醃製,食番本身個原味外,呢到仲用上微炭火去燒,夠哂美味生啤先上零舍醒神和牛肩眼紋理分佈平均,曬上少少燒汁提味,燒到剛熟入口肉質鬆軟有少少即溶感厚切牛舌經少少調味,多一份鹽香,因為厚切記得四面都要燒下,入口超爽入面牛味好種,中間好嫩喔特上和牛肉眼這塊就油脂比肩眼再多啲,肉眼再嫩腍多啲,牛脂跟牛味也相對較重,少少調味粉已恰到好處豚腩肉豚脂比例較多,加上肉嫩適中,每一口都充滿油香
