To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Banyan有多款signature烤餅可揀,我哋就叫咗Banyan,有多款配料份量十足,有紫椰菜、茄子、蕃茄、鷹嘴豆泥同埋黃豆餅,烤餅皮香脆煙靭有口感麥味重,配上呢個amba sauce帶有少許薑黃汁食落有啲辛辣嘅感覺,同埋有啲似咖喱味,成個配搭幾不錯!Cold Hiyashi Kelp Ramen我哋仲發現咗呢個special menu海帶冷拉麵,夏天食好清爽,最值得一提嘅係個豆腐,豆味香濃 煎釀豆腐質地軟硬適中,撈完唔會散,而個海帶冷拉麵幾特別,食落係爽口的,唔知呢個menu係咪期間限定黎,幾值得一試!薑黃鮮奶咖啡我哋揀咗燕麥奶,十分足料薑黃味重,飲到個底仲有薑黃,完全係健康之選~Mekong有西瓜、菠蘿同埋薄荷打成嘅果汁,一飲落就知係用咗好新鮮嘅材料鮮榨,雖然有返咁上下價位,但用料絕對冇吝嗇,開頭西瓜味重,中調帶有菠蘿清甜嘅感覺,同時加埋新鮮薄荷更能帶出夏日清爽感覺!
