To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ​​平時lunch time經過Kale見到大排長龍,都唔明沙律可以有幾吸引,試過先知原來健康嘢都可以好好味㗎!​​Kale皇牌一定係蟹肉甘藍糙米飯配烤雜菜,份量一啲都唔孤寒,有滿滿嘅蟹肉加上經過調味嘅糙米飯,仲有pesto sauce,絕對可以食晒成大盒!同埋佢嘅烤雜菜好好味,尤其係烤南瓜,本身唔係特別鍾意食南瓜嘅我都會爭住食!而揀雞肉的話份量真係太多,自己一個食真系要分兩餐先食得晒,啱晒要增肌嘅大食人士。

Kale皇牌一定係蟹肉甘藍糙米飯配烤雜菜,份量一啲都唔孤寒,有滿滿嘅蟹肉加上經過調味嘅糙米飯,仲有pesto sauce,絕對可以食晒成大盒!同埋佢嘅烤雜菜好好味,尤其係烤南瓜,本身唔係特別鍾意食南瓜嘅我都會爭住食!


而揀雞肉的話份量真係太多,自己一個食真系要分兩餐先食得晒,啱晒要增肌嘅大食人士。
