To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果有時想食沙律,都會容易覺得食嚟食去都係嗰啲。因為通常離不開都係沙律菜配搭啲煙三文魚或者火腿或者雞胸嗰啲,好似冇乜變化。嗰日去到呢間餐廳見到佢有好多沙律嘅配搭,我就揀左個蟹肉沙律試吓。佢整出嚟個沙律真係好match,本身蟹肉都夠味,唔使靠好多沙律醬去調味。加上仲可以揀羽衣甘藍呢啲比較高營養價值嘅菜,感覺上好健康!😋比較可惜就係佢餐廳嘅座位唔多,如果堂食嘅話好多時都會無位,比較建議take away 去第二度食
