To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假陪個friend去深水埗黃金商場睇下啲新機，順道食個lunch。知到深水埗有幾多特色餐廳，於是上Openrice check 下，見有間餐廳主打夏威夷bowl飯，未試過喎🤔就去試下啦😀。店舖前門裝修得簡約別緻，牆上有一個細圓嘅霓虹光管招牌，整體視覺好舒服，感覺好chill，室內佈置同樣舒適休閒。睇咗menu，食物種類唔算多，但係可以有好多選擇，因為你可以build your own bowl。掃過QR code，我哋點咗個已配搭好嘅Signature bowl，可選壽司飯或珍珠糙飯或各一半。午市優惠凡惠顧任何bowl飯，可免費配一杯飲品。ONO $108.-Bowl 飯擺設得好靚，打卡一流😍。食材有三文魚、溫室青瓜及雞蛋絲，全部都好新鮮。三文魚切成小方塊，份量非常多，口感軟腍冇腥味。壽司飯及珍珠糙飯，口感軟熟各具特色，再同seasoning撈埋一齊食，十分醒胃之餘又味道好夾👍。食完一碗無油又有豐富纖維既bowl 飯，飽肚又健康。餐飲椰青水，味道天然又清甜。火山炸雞 $68.-火山炸雞一共有9粒，一口一粒。雞粒表面乾身微脆，混有泰式辣椒醬，肉質嫩滑多汁，十分惹味。
