To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近我試了Poke Bowl,真係好好味!這道夏威夷風味的魚生飯,讓我感受到清新又健康的用餐體驗。首先,Poke Bowl的配料選擇非常多樣,可以根據自己喜好自由搭配。我選了鮮嫩的三文魚、彈牙的八爪魚,還加了甜粟米和櫻桃番茄,顏色繽紛,看得人心情愉悅。每一口都能感受到新鮮食材的美味,特別是那醬汁,給整碗增添了不少風味。飯底我選了壽司飯,口感軟糯,跟配料搭配得剛剛好。整體來說,這碗Poke Bowl不僅健康,而且份量十足,吃完後完全不會覺得油膩,反而覺得很輕盈。餐廳的環境也很舒服,裝潢清新雅致,非常適合打卡。服務態度亦不錯

今日去左深水埗工作,途經大南街見到呢一間裝潢好特別既餐廳:POKE GO;睇完餐牌後,發現係夏威夷蓋飯,幸好當時未係晚餐時間,所以可以walkin入去,坐低後,舖面都係好多夏威夷既擺設。餐牌除左有指定既signature bowl之外,仲有Build your bowl,可以自己選擇自己想要既組合出來,份量都大大份,而且食物質素亦都好新鮮;最後揀左一份八爪魚主食+夀司飯,配搭酸蘿蔔,雞蛋絲同埋麻醬豆腐一齊;大大碗而且醬汁配搭亦都十分出色;八爪魚軟熟亦都有口感,配搭酸蘿蔔既甜甜酸酸,令人胃口大增;。而另一碗就係雞胸肉配甜粟米,雞蛋絲同埋麻醬豆腐;蛋白質爆標,係健康健身既一大首選,食落完全無負擔,值得推介!

第一眼見到嘅就係佢簡樸嘅裝修,加埋輕鬆既音樂,成個環境都充滿大自然嘅氣息,令人好放鬆。我試咗NALU Signature bowl,入面有八爪魚、壽司飯、櫻桃蕃茄、和式青蔥、甜粟米、蟹棒沙律,加埋辛味蛋黃醬同芝麻辣椒。呢個碗真係好豐富,八爪魚好彈牙,壽司飯粒粒分明,甜粟米加埋微辣嘅蛋黃醬,食落去層次好豐富。櫻桃蕃茄同青蔥帶出新鮮感,成個碗味道好均衡。之後我朋友試咗ONO Signature bowl,呢個就係三文魚壽司飯、溫室青瓜、雞蛋絲、蟹棒沙律,再加果仁芝麻醬。三文魚好新鮮,入口即溶,搭配嘅青瓜好脆口,雞蛋絲又滑溜,加上果仁芝麻醬嘅香氣,令到成個碗更加有獨特嘅風味。呢兩款Signature bowl都係超大盤,兩個女仔share一盤都夠食,份量十足,食完真係好滿足。呢間健康食店唔單止食物健康,連擺盤都好靚,俾人一種養眼又養胃嘅感覺。如果你鍾意食健康又有特色嘅料理,呢度一定要試吓!
