To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 感謝好友陪試食呢間黃大仙嘅中式齋菜館裝修簡單乾淨, 有家庭式的FU☺️試咗二人套餐:🥣素紅燒雞絲翅 - 實在太耐無食過碗仔翅酸辣湯嘅物體, 因為出面全部幾乎都有肉, 呢個羹仲要勁足料, 最少食到木耳豆乾, 好治癒🍄腰果菇粒 - 除咗腰果同菇, 仲有西芹幾爽脆, 清清哋啱健康人士/老人家🐠豉汁素鰻魚 - 有紫菜嘅腐皮卷即刻有umami😂仲有冬菇同三色椒又靚又有營養🙂另外叫多咗款炸物🍠芋頭魚 - 一啲都唔油(!), 面頭酥脆裏面夠軟, 店家不吝嗇食材, 素魚旁邊仲有幾塊芋塊, 食到停唔到口😂其實佢哋份量唔細, 兩個女仔都食唔晒, 下次可以考慮自備定餐盒打包😂
