To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老闆及婆婆都十分有禮貌,臨走前都多謝我哋光顧,真心好耐無遇過😚😚銀芽肉絲炒麵$52⋯⋯極欣賞餐廳老闆之少油少鹽、味精屋企人想食炒麵唔係炸麵,俾我食又覺得唔錯炸麵好乾身脆口,肉絲唔油膩,唔肚餓都食晒😜肉鬆欖角四季豆$85⋯⋯算貴,不過好食😋通常呢啲炒到成碟油,我最怕;呢度無喎!因為太油我會拉肚子,呢間完全無事😙😙肉鬆+欖角炒得超香口🤩豬扒炒河,估$52實際唔太清楚,屋企人俾錢😔豬扒炸得好乾身唔油膩,河粉都無乜油有點「旱」都唔算太差😊檸檬茶跟餐+$5⋯⋯唔甜夠凍夠解渴🥰餐廳出碼頭轉左,好近座位舒適,唔錯🙂
