To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期同屋企人食晚飯,發現有間新開既素食餐廳係屋企附近,決定去試試。叫左2餸1炒飯,每個小菜另外重送1個白飯,$50 至$80 一個小菜,唔收加一同茶芥,都幾抵食。豉汁素鰻魚煲 $70煲仔一上枱,重聽到滋滋聲,證明呢個煲新鮮出爐,重好熱,用腐皮紫菜整既素鰻魚吸哂d汁,非常入味,相比起傳統既中式齋鋪,佢無油淋淋既感覺,所以名符其實好似餐廳既名,夠健康。咖哩牛肉 $65上枱時又係熱辣辣,呢度餸係勁好送飯,個咖哩汁係精髓,少少微辣香味十足,淨係d汁都可以送好多碗飯。當然d 餸都好夠熱又夠飽足。至於炒飯亦都炒得夠乾身同唔油,都值得一讚!呢間餐廳總括黎講,食物質素唔錯,而且座位唔迫,坐得舒服,價錢都合理,除左小菜,佢重有一d非常抵既特價飯餐,$45一個餸,一個飯,重有湯,下次一定要再試!

煲仔一上枱,重聽到滋滋聲,證明呢個煲新鮮出爐,重好熱,用腐皮紫菜整既素鰻魚吸哂d汁,非常入味,相比起傳統既中式齋鋪,佢無油淋淋既感覺,所以名符其實好似餐廳既名,夠健康。

咖哩牛肉 $65


上枱時又係熱辣辣,呢度餸係勁好送飯,個咖哩汁係精髓,少少微辣香味十足,淨係d汁都可以送好多碗飯。當然d 餸都好夠熱又夠飽足。

至於炒飯亦都炒得夠乾身同唔油,都值得一讚!

呢間餐廳總括黎講,食物質素唔錯,而且座位唔迫,坐得舒服,價錢都合理,除左小菜,佢重有一d非常抵既特價飯餐,$45一個餸,一個飯,重有湯,下次一定要再試!
