細個嘅時候,有種葡萄糖沖劑叫「得力素」,嗰陣時大行其道,依家好似已經唔見咗,連得力素糖都無埋,不過目前健康產品五花百門,「得力素」個名應該唔喺咁多人識,尤其後生一輩。但講到健康產品,與其靠依等藥物,就不如先晌飲食方面着手,哈哈!講健康飲食,小弟就唔及老婆,佢食素都多年,雖然唔喺全素,但白肉以外,紅肉就極少食,除自家煮之外,亦不時幫襯素菜館。尖沙咀嘅功德林算喺經常光顧嘅食肆,因為以前佢晌依頭返工,反而,小弟就第一次嚟,故此,平時一向由我點菜,今次就得佢出手。北京道一號嘅食肆,賣點其一就喺靚景,嚟到功德林同樣單邊落地大玻璃窗面向維港,鳥瞰整個1881,感覺相當唔錯,只可惜今日天色灰懞懞。而餐廳環境亦舒適寫意,除咗地方寬敞,樓底高,亦無話好似一般中式食肆咁逼夾,一室以青綠色為主調,加上自然光(當然有啲陽光就更好),讓人感覺清爽。此外,唔似啲齋鋪咁滿天神佛,又「煩」(梵)音不斷,亦喺佢多嚟光顧嘅原因之一。安頓好先點一壺鐵觀音,順帶一提,茗茶每位收$15/位,小食就收$12碟,喺紫菜花生,紫菜磨碎混和啲花生,面面黐滿糖粒,鹹鹹甜甜又香脆。打開餐牌,內頁第一版就喺餐廳嘅介紹,原來,不經不覺功德林晌

北京道一號嘅食肆,賣點其一就喺靚景,嚟到功德林同樣單邊落地大玻璃窗面向維港,鳥瞰整個1881,感覺相當唔錯,只可惜今日天色灰懞懞。

果然脆皮,脆得嚟好香口,香口得嚟又唔油,富豆香,裡面包住好多冬菇絲、甘荀絲、木耳絲,好有咬口,蘸點醋,感覺更酸香去膩。

講到上海點心,蘿蔔絲酥卷喺小弟心水之一,無他嘅,香口嘢喺自然易討人喜心,個酥皮又考手功。而功德林嘅蘿蔔絲酥卷做得上乘,酥皮紋理清晰好酥化,完全無油膩感,內裡嘅蘿蔔絲熱辣辣,又清甜,更混入少許冬菇絲增加口感添。

近年晌素食店好流行嘅一款中式包點,就算唔喺素食店,有賣點心嘅地方都見到佢蹤影。外觀唔多講,因為普遍間間都做得維肖維妙,大多數似冬菇,呢個菇紋無咁深,色偏淺,似蘑菇多一點,所以,理所當然叫番蘑菇包。咬開內有唔少雜菌,包身質感好鬆軟,又唔黏牙。

從餐牌所見,喺店家嘅特色名菜,經理亦推薦我哋試吓,而老婆亦話無試過依道菜,就一於見吓佢真章。餐牌已列明獅子頭喺以頭菇、素肉、馬蹄及素翅製成,配以素上湯煮製,黝黑嘅獅子頭口感鬆化,非常足料,個人覺得精彩位喺加咗啲素翅,鬆化嘅「肉感」添加咗啲爽口嘅口感。伴有黃芽白、冬菇及小棠菜,配合砂鍋上,保持住滾熱辣,確喺招牌菜。

埋單時,經理仲介紹佢哋推出咗啲「優惠自選午餐」,分4人及6人餐,最難得個價已包晒茶芥及加一,可惜,只限星期一至五(公眾假期不適)
,不過,啱晒老婆約朋友出嚟食晏。

正所謂創業難,守業就更難,做素菜嘅就更唔容易,香港老字號食店賣少見少,功德林30多年仲屹立不倒,重點都喺要靠菜餚做得好,招呼又恰到!
