喺中環想快速食個平靚正健康晚餐，未必有好多選擇，中環街市位置算方便，但之前試過food court感覺中伏，今次一於試吓隔離超市的Deli Salad。沙律吧價錢$78，任揀各種沙律菜、豆類、蔬菜，肉類可揀兩款（有雞肉/吞拿魚/牛肉），配埋一款芝士同各種果仁乾果。不經不覺個碗已經裝到滿滿。中環區來講非常超值，份量大到食唔晒。特別鍾意烤番薯、南瓜🎃同羊奶芝士，雞胸肉啱晒我補充蛋白質，營養夠晒均衡。得閒路過會再幫襯。天氣唔太熱嘅時候，坐室外座位都幾chill幾舒服😌
