To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中午打邊爐食得好飽 ,夜晚就要食得清淡啲健康啲, 呢度有黑蒜炒椰菜花冇米飯 ,最啱我心水。 淨食菜同魚🐠, 唔食飯或者麵包 ,切碎曬啲椰菜花, 加啲翠玉瓜紅腰豆,用黑蒜炒到佢好香, 再煎一舊好靚嘅三文魚擺喺上面, 加啲貴妃苗 裝飾 ,非常之靚又好味, 一大碟只係92蚊, 對於追求健康 ,又鍾意食 ,又怕肥嘅人嚟講 ,呢個的確係一個好好嘅選擇 。因為近年流行輕酮飲食, 完全唔要碳水化合物 ,淨食蛋白質同纖維 ,食幾多都得, 唔會肥唔會漏 ,而且價錢仲唔貴, 個餐仲包咗一碗野菌忌廉湯, 夠曬熱, 味道都過得去, 最緊要係個主菜好食 ,食得放心又安心。 honey就食牛柳飯, 最好就係有一堆新鮮沙律菜, 落D芝麻沙律醬, 非常好味 。喺呢度我哋搵到各自嘅喜好 ,坐得又舒服, 又好味, 又經濟實惠 ,抵讚。
