To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚收工我去了中環找朋友, 她說想吃素, 然後就帶了我來這餐廳.Filed Cauliflower 炸椰菜花 ($78):炸得幾香脆, 不錯. 我平日比較少吃炸的椰菜花, 幾特別.雜穀米飯 &  雜菜沙律($88):其他餐廳的雜菜沙律大多都是以沙律菜為主, 可能不夠飽. 但這裡的雜菜沙律是有其他蔬菜, 例如茄子, 西蘭花, 椰菜花等等, 好豐富, 而且好有營養, 非常健康.雜穀米飯: 雜穀米飯比普通的米飯更健康, 更有營養. 但現在雜穀米飯並不是主流, 提供雜穀米飯的餐廳也不算多, 但現在又多一個選擇了. 瑪格麗特酸種薄餅 Margherita ($118) :酸酸地幾特別, 因為我平常比較少吃酸的薄餅, 所以覺得幾特別, 幾開胃, 完全不會溜, 不錯.Walnut Brownie 核桃布朗尼 ($50) :Brownie一直是其中一款我最喜歡的甜品. 甜度適中, 不會太甜, 非常鬆軟, 很好吃.
