今次試咗兩款,每碗都有自己嘅特色同風味,幾啱鍾意健康飲食嘅朋友。首先係,呢碗拌飯嘅材料非常豐富,用咗糙米做底,口感有啲硬淨同嚼勁,比普通白飯更加健康。洋蔥嘅微辣同章魚嘅鮮甜令到整碗飯增添咗唔少味道層次。章魚夠彈牙,而且煮得啱啱好,唔會過硬。豆腐切得細細粒,柔軟而滑溜,與堅果嘅脆口形成對比,食落有唔同口感。再加上海藻嘅清香,帶出少少海洋氣息,而蛋黃醬則為整體增添咗濃郁嘅滋味。每啖都可以食到唔同嘅味道,真係幾有驚喜。🐙另一款用咗壽司飯做底,飯粒夠黏,適合拌埋一齊食。鮭魚新鮮,肉質嫩滑,油脂豐富,完全係成碗拌飯嘅靈魂所在。加埋黃瓜同豆腐,口感既有脆又有嫩,而雞蛋絲令整體更加豐富,有種家庭日式料理嘅味道。至於堅果嘅脆感又係一個亮點,每啖都有種小驚喜。最特別嘅係呢個芥末酸奶醬,有輕微嘅辣勁,但又唔會太刺激,酸奶嘅滑同芥末嘅嗆味互相平衡,為呢碗拌飯帶嚟咗新鮮感覺。🐟
