係上環返工成日都食快餐, 野食都重油重味精。體重開始愈來愈重, 所以想搵健身餐吃健身餐想攝取足夠蛋白質,同時控制脂肪、碳水化合物等熱量來源攝取。今日去到Poking 發現好多人去食, 今次叫左兩個餐, 兩杯野飲Moo-Moo Onsen Bowl $108秘制牛腱肉, 有西蘭花, 菠蘿牛腱肉切到一啖可以食到, 而且又有咬口 食到筋腱嘅膠質, 似台式牛肉調味, 但味道更清一點 I Am Greedy $158我地加左錢轉 蕎麥麵 (蕎麥含有高纖維。高纖維飲食有助於減肥)三文魚 吞拿魚 鮮蝦 蟹柳沙律 蟹籽 雞蛋絲 青瓜 枝豆勁多配料, 勁多protein, 三文魚有啲油脂好香, 吞拿魚都唔會好腥, 個麻醬蟹柳好好食枝豆已經整好左, 唔洗自己開, 蛋絲 , 個餐本身已經有醬料, 味道似日式豉汁,但有少少酸, 好開胃, 好易入口呢個食完好飽肚飲品:熱情果菠蘿梳打, 酸酸甜甜, 好好味, 飲完好舒服紅火龍果希臘乳酪, 由於叫左沙津, 飲杯乳酪當飯後甜品, 大滿足
