健康又大碗抵食嘅夏威夷bowl 🥑🥗近年都興健康,如果唔想餓親個肚又想減肥,呢個係一個幾好嘅選擇🫶🏼我揀咗$108 三文魚刺身跟住揀咗三款配料,分別係紫洋蔥🧅豆腐同埋青瓜🥒想講豆腐係必食嘅,因為豆腐軟綿綿嘅質感成個夏威夷bowl 係好夾😜而且食完係有好豐富嘅飽肚感😎三文魚有豐富嘅蛋白質,好新鮮之後就可以揀醬汁,今次我揀咗醋,因為要健康呀嘛,梗係揀啲最低卡㗎喇;呢個汁好開胃👌至於碗嘅base,我選擇咗兩溝糙米飯加沙律,可以滿足到我兩個願望🤲🏼加多杯熱嘅抹茶latte ,好濃郁
