To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前見呢間餐廳有人打卡，環境靚，又標榜健康！岩哂我！一於試試～Menu內既每樣野都有寫kcal幾多，方便想keep fit既女士選擇🤣藍色螺旋藻乳酪碗（$78）比佢咁colourful既藍色吸引！其實係因為係落左螺旋粉，天然既色素，而且為食物增添營養價值！味道同普通yohurt無異，但有大量水果同蕃薯片係面，增添顏色、口感👍😍輕煎帶子黑松露菠菜牛肝菌意粉（$78）帶子輕輕一煎爽口咖！而且食落黑松露嘅味都幾重，加埋菠菜、牛肝菌，好食之餘又夠晒健康！千層紅豆抹茶蛋糕（$68）每日新鮮製造，限量供應！抹茶同紅豆好夾🥰cream又滑，係略嫌皮唔夠薄同可以再多啲layers😚係一間食完唔會覺得好Heavy嘅餐廳～幾健康，會再去！
