To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

健怡自助餐

已食過多次，今日滿開心帶朋友來就健怡自助午餐，今次令我好失望，一直甜品都係主要靈魂，每次去都不同款式又好味又唔會好甜，雞蛋仔香口外脆內軟，但今次所有甜品及糖水非常之甜，甜到不能入口，而雞蛋仔非常之硬很難吃，甜品部完全失了水準，其他沙律及湯類就仍然保持水準，希望可以改善留意一下甜品部水準。
