好少可晨早流流落元朗,見啱時間就去咗大圍小館排隊等開門,大概10:15去到,門口有4-5組人等緊,店員大概10:25出嚟派飛,基本上開門前嚟到,頭輪係輕鬆入座~似乎大圍小館嘅點心menu係會轉款,見到網上有1月食評嘅點心紙同我今次嘅點心款式係唔一樣,而且茶錢由$18加到$20,fyi我一年前食大圍店係$15,真係物價飛漲!今次叫咗6樣嘢:•老娘拆肉泥鯭粥$78•三色腸$48 (蝦腸、牛腸、豬膶腸各一條)•眼淚奶黃包$40•鮮筍蝦餃$48•手打墨魚燒賣$44•鮮蝦腐皮卷$44基本上我只食過蝦餃,其他5款都未試過,我覺得最驚喜係鮮蝦腐皮卷,炸得又香又多汁,好好食唔熱氣,最緊要冇落荽!食得超開心😃相反牛腸啲荽多到好似唔使錢咁(雖然人地都寫明香荽牛肉腸🤪),中意荽味必叫🤣下次都係叫返淨蝦腸或甜梅菜叉燒腸,腸粉皮真係冇得輸!豬膶腸略嫌味道寡咗少少。奶黃包唔記得影相🤣因為啲點心一次過黎晒咁滯,我哋就趕住趁熱食🙈食得出奶黃包係舊時嘅味道🥹係未出現流沙包年代嘅做法,依家係香港真係買少見少,不過$20個包一啲都唔平呢!泥鯭粥實在係酒樓好罕見,拆肉真係極其麻煩嘅事,所以賣到$78一碗都好明白,配埋蔥花&冬

•老娘拆肉泥鯭粥$78
•三色腸$48 (蝦腸、牛腸、豬膶腸各一條)
•眼淚奶黃包$40
•鮮筍蝦餃$48
•手打墨魚燒賣$44
•鮮蝦腐皮卷$44

泥鯭粥實在係酒樓好罕見,拆肉真係極其麻煩嘅事,所以賣到$78一碗都好明白,配埋蔥花&冬菜(好似係)加胡椒粉食幾好,算好重泥鯭味🤣

個人覺得墨魚燒賣係相對失色,幾彈牙但做燒賣餡就好淡味,下次要試花菇金腿鮮肉燒賣!
