On dining lunch experience中環區,靚D 嘅lunch 都係大約$500 一個人我果日食咗:Starter: Egg ravioli Main: Roasted scallopEgg ravioli 做得好好,dressing 同配料(龍蝦、bb洋蔥)都同隻半熟日本蛋夾得好好,可惜有個失手位就係D提子乾🤦🏻♀️廚師用咗太多/太耐苦酒醃製,令到提子乾太苦,破壞咗整體嘅協調,我分返晒出黎食就ok.Roasted scallop 配黑松露其實好穩陣,所以都好食,唯獨是scallop 口感唔知點解好似有D似過份「梳打」過咁,有D鹼水感覺,俾呢個價錢,我唔expect 件scallop 會有咁嘅口感。結論,睇得出個配搭同賣相都係fine dining 水準,但就係唔知點解我兩個菜式都有輕微失準。但我同事點嘅菜都全部正常,所以可以俾多次機會佢。但老實講,呢個價錢我expect 要豐富啲,$500得兩個courses, 甜品要再加錢,係偏貴嘅,如果可以包多個沙律/湯,感覺會圓滿D.

結論,睇得出個配搭同賣相都係fine dining 水準,但就係唔知點解我兩個菜式都有輕微失準。
但我同事點嘅菜都全部正常,所以可以俾多次機會佢。
但老實講,呢個價錢我expect 要豐富啲,$500得兩個courses, 甜品要再加錢,係偏貴嘅,如果可以包多個沙律/湯,感覺會圓滿D.
