To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶然嘅早餐，打開美好嘅星期日🤗

某朝諗唔到早餐食咩好，上網搵到呢間點心，就揸車過嚟食。舖頭細細，但人流絡繹不絕。⠀聽聞最出名係蝦多士🍤🍞，但今次冇嗌到，淨係求其嗌咗啲點心。鴛鴦燒賣，有原味同黑松露，燒賣算大粒，黑松露on top都幾香🖤。金錢肚都算腍，沙爹口味冇乜特別。芝士蝦長春卷鬆脆而冇油抑味。陳皮牛肉冇乜特別。值得一講嘅係蝦醬豬頸肉飯，好少酒樓/食點心嘅舖頭會有呢款盅飯，所以嗌咗嚟試試，蝦醬好香，豬頸肉肥瘦適中，再落啲豉油撈埋個飯又唔會好鹹，呢個飯有平凡中嘅驚喜👍🏻。最後嗌咗杯凍奶茶都幾有茶味，純粹係中意食點心配凍奶茶先嗌🤣。⠀當日週末中午時間去到等咗10分鐘到，地方細要搭枱，但一樣無阻食客們嘅支持。
