To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 暑假周圍遊,遊到了銅鑼灣。正直平日中午放飯時間,四處餐廳都高朋滿座。煩惱吃什麼時看到這個招牌《阿一鮑魚,天下第一》,就看看有沒有位,果不其然直接入座了。心想偶爾一次吃好一點。位於銅鑼灣鬧市,地處商廈林立之中,自然沒什麼窗外景觀可言,可將目光集中於內部裝修之中。裝修大方雅致,以紅、黑、金營造出傳統中式風格,同時不乏時尚感。可惜舖位本身先天不足,用膳的大廳細,沒有開陽景觀,偏暗色調使整體環境更顯狹窄。主打鮑魚、魚翅等高級食材的富臨飯店,也有飲茶食點心的餐牌,只來吃午餐的我,沒打算來個鮑參翅肚,只點了個午餐加兩籠點心。服務無可挑剔,周到有禮,清潔及添茶勤快,有疑問也殷勤解答。餐點味道因人而異,不作詳述。(請參考附圖)
