To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本想找檀島,但發現自己忘了按錢,唯有吃大快活,有八達通嘟我愛吃吉豬,叫了一個吉豬炒蛋餐。吉豬:無以咁好吃,但都算OK,但出面層炸粉有D失分,塊排都幾鬆軟。蘿蔔糕:無咩好評論,各有特色,佢嘅蘿蔔糕有瑤柱,食落幾香。炒蛋:無咁香牛油味,同時食落唔覺得有負擔。我幾鐘意火腿通粉:個通粉,食落好似唔熟咁,再咬多幾下又覺得佢散,唔知呢隻通粉想點。但我覺得好難食,好似                係煮到半熟,再搵熱水焗佢,佢出面真係完全係唔塾,仲有少少生味,入面就好似再煮就會腍得                 制。個服務員姐姐就幾好,見我又拎袋又電話又水,驚我掉,就主動幫我拎同搵位。
