To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 作為一個吃貨,當然會成日周圍食好嘢,但其實有一樣嘢雖然普普通通,但我就好鍾意食,我基本上每個月都總會食一次,心血來潮,就記錄一下啦,有時收工唔知食乜好就會喺附近嘅大快活叫個一人火鍋,雖然味道絕對比不上火鍋專門店,但性價比搭救🥘沙嗲湯肥牛火鍋 $69 本身火鍋嘅價錢已經好平,包咗公仔麵,肥牛同埋一盤生菜盆,生菜盤入邊除咗有生菜之外,仲有芝士腸、扎肉腸、餃子、蜂窩豆腐同埋南瓜,每樣有啲其實都幾豐富,作為肉食獸嘅我,當然會加多$25蚊要多一份肥牛,同埋用半價加購配料,例如芝士腸同埋午餐肉咁,下面呢度連埋飲品都只係100蚊多少少,真係好豐富🔥打邊爐至怕就係個火唔夠勁,但呢間分店,超級強勁,放咗啲生嘅食物落去,好快就會煮熟,仲好快水滾添,值得加分

喺中環返工食晏,最緊要平靚正,大快活就做到呢個要求啦!首先佢可以電話落單,咁喺公司嘅時候已經可以落定單,😋😋咁樣慳返唔少嘅時間,去到其實拎走個外賣就可以啦!另外佢食物質素亦都唔差,相當有保證,咕嚕肉分量超多!😳😳個汁酸酸甜甜咁樣超級開胃,配埋個飯食真係非常滿足😍😍再加上佢有洋蔥啦同埋三色椒嘅配搭,🍍🍍亦都有菠蘿嗰隻酸甜味道,雖然唔係話有大排檔嗰啲鑊氣😁但係40幾蚊係中環食到呢一個飯,的確性價比極高

食開幾間快餐店嘅咖喱牛腩都唔錯 呢間大快活都唔例外 咖喱少少辣 牛腩炆得好腍好容易咬 老人家都食到 啲咖喱汁夠晒撈飯 另外仲有幾條四季豆 感覺幾注重均衡飲食 跟餐叫咗杯茶走亦都好滑

大快活最近出左一款新嘅系列叫做”班蘭風味”,班蘭令我聯想到東南亞或新加坡班蘭蛋糕,以綠色為主而又好重香料味,所以我覺得好特別,而且我鍾意東南亞風味,所以決定叫咗一個”瑪莎拉雞髀班蘭椰漿飯(微辣)”,先講咗雞髀,有啲過咗火後,雞肉唔係好嫩滑而且有啲實同埋好乾,過咗火後到差唔多望到都覺得雞髀縮咗水,而且塊雞皮都冇乜香味,之後講返個飯,綠色的確好特別,而且放咗啲辣醬,食落係有少少辣都幾冶味,但係個飯除咗綠色之外,我食唔到班蘭味或者椰漿味,基本上個飯同普通白飯一樣。
