To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近經開元朗，就係呢頭地方附近搵到呢間齋鋪食lunch. 不過佢哋逢星期一休息。呢間係一間好傳統嘅齋鋪。有好多人都點两餸飯。見佢都好多嘢買，有買調味料，同埋好多素食嘅零食，急凍嘅素肉。今日試咗佢個兩餸飯大大碟，都好夠食。兩餸加湯都係$45。真係經濟又實惠！我點咗佢嘅茄子豆腐同埋翠肉瓜炒素肉。見佢啲餸去得好快，所以食材都好新鮮。又固唔太重味精，都幾住家飯feel. 本身都想點佢嘅炸物，之前試過幾好食，不過油左小小，所以今次無點。下次有quota 再點返
