To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟朋友湊腳去咗滋味齋,落座一試,真係驚喜連連!🌟 第一擊就係咖喱豬扒飯,賣相吸引,咖喱香氣四溢,豬扒厚實得嚟唔死鹹,口感又夠鬆化,真係一流!重點係件豬扒唔會乾巴巴,食落去口口都嫩滑,真係好入味。再嚟幾條魚手指,雖然今次唔係咁吸引,但都仲算脆卜卜,搭咗啲汁仲有少少驚喜。與此同時,我都特登加咗份素肉鷹嘴豆菠菜,清新爽口,而家食素都咁有層次,真係食得開心,食得健康。我發覺哩間鋪頭仲會不時搞啲義舉,真係好有愛心。食完呢一膳豐盛嘅晚餐,心情靚晒,落肚充實,又唔會攞住果種罪惡感,因為你知道自己啲選擇都幫到環境添!係咪又一次證明咗好嘢唔一定要肉食先得?🌱🥢

今晚又去滋味齊食晚飯呢一間算係元朗,我最鍾意食嘅仲要係我平時10齋日嘅飯堂佢哋有好多唔同種類嘅素食產品賣…有杯麵有面有罐頭有營養食品平時佢哋日日都有好多唔同餸菜有兩餸飯三餸飯我最鍾意食佢呢度嘅咖喱今日我就散叫一個咖喱豬扒飯…材料十足加多$10有三條魚手指…不過今日嘅魚手指冇咁趣🫨🫨🤭另外加多$10有素肉鷹嘴豆菠菜…呢個餸好好味呢度總會有一啲定期嘅放生或者係派飯嘅功德…隨喜參加今晚食到好滿足都係$78…仲有一個靚湯送添🌹🌹🌹

最近經開元朗,就係呢頭地方附近搵到呢間齋鋪食lunch. 不過佢哋逢星期一休息。呢間係一間好傳統嘅齋鋪。有好多人都點两餸飯。見佢都好多嘢買,有買調味料,同埋好多素食嘅零食,急凍嘅素肉。今日試咗佢個兩餸飯大大碟,都好夠食。兩餸加湯都係$45。真係經濟又實惠!我點咗佢嘅茄子豆腐同埋翠肉瓜炒素肉。見佢啲餸去得好快,所以食材都好新鮮。又固唔太重味精,都幾住家飯feel. 本身都想點佢嘅炸物,之前試過幾好食,不過油左小小,所以今次無點。下次有quota 再點返

最近開始的初一十五,我們都會茹素,今次試咗呢間元朗嘅素材,佢有而家好興嘅兩餸飯,選擇都唔少。但我哋就散叫咗個豆腐素斑腩飯,佢哋嘅飯係紅米飯,感覺特別健康。嗰個豆腐素斑腩揸得非常香脆,一啲都唔油膩,令人食完一啖,好想立即再咬一啖,嗰個素斑腩好好味,你一啲都唔覺得自己食緊素,好滿足。最近食嘅素菜,都好滿意,希望好快可以做到多素少肉,健康d,又環保d。大家有冇其他素菜介紹吓? 交流吓呢?希望多d 人試下食素,偶然為地球出一分力

對於食齋一向好抗拒,無肉不歡......估唔到傳統齋鋪新概念,款式多、味道獨特,朋友告知要用新鮮猴頭菇才可整咕嚕肉,配上新鮮蕃茄,色味俱全。要介紹酸辣湯,用上陳醋,與上海鋪的有別,這個吃上令血氣運行、暖胃.......夾包的菜餚在這餐是我最喜愛的,麵包軟熟微熱,配上齋叉燒簡直係絕配。
